Cancellation Policy

At MCC Trust & Seal – Where Every Signature Matters, we value your time and ours. To ensure efficient scheduling for all clients, please review our cancellation policy below:

Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Mobile Notary Appointments
For mobile services, travel fees are non-refundable once the notary is en route or has arrived at the appointment location.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Missed or late arrivals for RON sessions may require rebooking and may incur an additional fee.

Grace Period
A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed. After this time, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled depending on availability.
